What counts as a fix (and why we refund you if we don't find 5)
Most store audits hand you generic advice. Ours has to find at least 5 specific fixes worth more than the €150 fee, or you get your money back. What a fix is.
Quick answer: a fix is a specific change to your store: what's wrong, where it is, what to do, and what it should improve. Our €150 Store Performance Audit has to give you at least 5 fixes worth more than the fee. If it doesn't, you reply to the report email within 14 days of the walkthrough call and get the full €150 back by bank transfer. You keep the report either way.
The problem with most store audits
Plenty of people will audit your store. Some do it for free, as a way to sell you something. The report usually looks like this:
- "Improve your site speed"
- "Add more trust signals"
- "Optimise your product pages"
None of that is wrong. None of it is useful either. You already knew your site could be faster. What you didn't know is which file is slowing it down, on which page, and what to do about it.
That gap is why we put a rule on our own audit.
Our rule: 5 real fixes, or your money back
If the report doesn't give you at least 5 fixes worth more than the €150 you paid, you get the full €150 back. You decide whether a fix is worth it, not us.
What a fix looks like
Every fix in the report has four parts:
- What's wrong. The actual problem, stated plainly.
- Where it is. The page, template, app or file.
- What to do. The change, specific enough that you or your developer can act on it.
- What it should improve. Speed, conversion, search visibility or cost.
Here's the difference:
| Not a fix | A fix |
|---|---|
| "Speed up your site." | "Your product pages load a 2.1 MB hero image. Compress it to under 200 KB." |
What the audit covers
The Store Performance Audit is a senior-level review of five areas:
- Speed: what loads, how heavy it is, and what blocks the page from appearing
- Conversion: where visitors drop off between landing and checkout
- SEO: what stops search engines from understanding and ranking your pages
- AI search: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google's AI answers can read and cite your store
- App bloat: apps you pay for that slow the store or overlap with each other
You get the full report within 5 business days, plus a 30-minute walkthrough call where we go through the fixes with you.
